Pound is Firmer today but Rightmove tell sellers to be realistic.
The Pound is stronger today more on US Dollar weakness rather than anything else. It was also boosted by a surprise pick-up in the Rightmove HPI series. Prices came in at 1.2% m/m and 2.2% y/y versus 1.2% and 1.3% last. However note a Rightmove spokesman said it is the "wrong tactic" and sellers are not asking "realistic" prices!
